Shipping Information: orders are processed in one day and shipped as per customers instructions delivery one to five days

   Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies: Customers are responsible for shipping charges on all returns. Pacific E-bike Company ensures that when shipped, our merchandise is of the highest quality.  Every bike is tested and inspected by our staff in Berkeley before shipment. Damages during shipping are to be addressed with the shipper. Damages not due to shipping will be addressed as warranty issues.
